Rubio Calls Russian Counterpart To Discuss Outcome Of Negotiations Between Ukraine, Moscow

<p>US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Saturday called his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to discuss the outcome of Friday&rsquo;s direct negotiations between delegations of Kiev and Moscow in Istanbul.</p>
