Microsoft Edge users will now be shown a prompt on top of the webpage when they download the Google Chrome web browser. The tech giant highlighted that both web browsers use the same technology, simultaneously claiming that Edge comes with added Windows protection. This could be an attempt to get more people to use its native browser.
