At its “Awe Dropping” event in California on Wednesday, Apple finally took the wraps off the new iPhone Air. It arrives as an all-new model in the company’s lineup and replaces 2024’s iPhone 16 Plus. The iPhone Air comes with the same chip as the standard iPhone 17, along with support for Apple Intelligence. The handset competes against the Galaxy S25 Edge in the ultra-slim smartphone space.
