<p>An earthquake of magnitude 5.8 struck Pakistan on 12 April 2025 at 13:00:55 IST, with its epicenter located at 33.63&deg;N latitude and 72.46&deg;E longitude at a depth of 10 km. The tremors were strongly felt across the region, including parts of the Kashmir Valley, triggering panic among residents.</p>
