Delhi High Court Orders E-Commerce Platforms to Delist Products Infringing on Reliance, Jio Trademarks

The Delhi High Court granted an ad-interim injunction to Reliance Industries, restraining 21 defendants from using its ‘Reliance’ and ‘Jio’ trademarks for FMCG products. The Court noted the defendants’ packaging mirrored Reliance’s branding, risking consumer deception. E-commerce platforms have been directed to delist infringing listings and disclose details of these sellers.
