China Debuts ‘World’s Mightiest’ Centrifuge Hitting 300 Times Earth’s Gravity

China has launched CHIEF1300, the world’s largest centrifuge, capable of generating 300 times Earth’s gravity on 22-ton loads. Housed in Hangzhou, the facility enables research in geology, oceans, and materials, simulating disasters and extreme environments.
