India Responds To Dhaka Court’s Verdict On Sheikh Hasina’s Death Sentence

<p>India has taken note of the verdict issued by Bangladesh&rsquo;s International Crimes Tribunal against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. In a brief response, New Delhi said it remains committed to the &ldquo;best interests of the people of Bangladesh,&rdquo; emphasising peace, democracy, inclusion and stability as priorities. India added that it will continue to engage constructively with all stakeholders in Bangladesh.</p>
