Microsoft is facing a lawsuit in Australia after the ACCC accused it of misleading Microsoft 365 subscribers. The regulator claims Microsoft failed to mention that users could keep their old plan at the same price without Copilot AI features. Instead, subscribers were told to pay higher prices or cancel. The case could result in fines of up to AUD 50 million per breach.
