Drivers, called Saarthis, keep full earnings and share governance through the Sahakar Taxi Cooperative led by Amul’s Jayen Mehta. Integrated with DigiLocker and UMANG for transparency, it starts a 650-cab pilot in Delhi in November 2025, expanding to 20 cities by December.
