Vivo has launched the X300 series in China, featuring the X300 and X300 Pro. Both run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and include Zeiss-backed cameras with the V3+ imaging chip. The X300 has a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main sensor, while the X300 Pro uses a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 sensor. Both phones feature 50-megapixel front cameras and BOE Q10+ OLED 1.5K LTPO displays, with the Pro offering a larger screen. They house 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh batteries, respectively.
