Vivo’s X300 and X300 Pro have appeared on the IMDA database, confirming 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC support, ahead of launch in Singapore. Both phones will run on MediaTek Dimensity 9500, ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6, and measure 7.95mm thick. The X300 series features advanced camera setups, including a 200-megapixel HPB sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an APO telephoto lens, improved Zeiss Natural Portrait mode, a gimbal-grade Sony LYT-828 sensor, Zeiss 2.35x telephoto zoom, and an optional teleconverter photography kit.
