The technology, which has already transformed multiple industries and workplaces, will soon be used to design new frozen dessert formulations and optimise products. On Monday, The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) announced a collaboration with an AI startup to explore these possibilities. The AI system will also help the company manage calories and reduce production costs.
