Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Tipped to Launch With Downgraded 3x Telephoto Camera

by aweeincm1

The Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a 12-megapixel 3x telephoto camera, cropped to 10-megapixel, with a 1/3.94-inch sensor and 1.0µm pixels, which is smaller than the S25 Ultra’s 12-megapixel Sony IMX754 sensor with a 1/3.52-inch size and 1.12µm pixels. Though the difference seems minor, sensor and pixel size affect light capture, detail, and low-light performance. The company is tipped to not incorporate any changes to this as the device nears mass production.
