Dish TV Launches VZY Smart TVs in India; Targets 25 Percent Non-DTH Revenue by 2027: Report

Dish TV offers seven VZY smart TV models, ranging from 32-inch HD to 55-inch 4K QLED, priced between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 45,000. A third-party manufacturer currently makes the TVs, which run on Google’s Android 14 platform. Dish TV plans to launch its own OS within 18–24 months. The smart TVs combine DTH and OTT content, providing live TV and streaming without separate subscriptions. Dish TV aims to increase non-DTH revenue to 25 percent by 2027.
