<p>Dubai is set to debut a futuristic fine dining concept this September with the launch of WOOHOO at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel. At the heart of this high-tech venture is Chef Aiman, an AI-powered culinary innovator trained not by taste&mdash;but by data, algorithms and decades of food science.</p>
<p>The brainchild of Gastronaut Hospitality&mdash;the team behind Trove and BohoX&mdash;WOOHOO fuses cutting-edge technology with haute cuisine. Chef Aiman draws from a vast database of flavor profiles, molecular gastronomy, and seasonal ingredients to engineer dishes with scientific precision, from perfectly balanced sushi rolls to algorithmically designed ceviche, reported Economic Times.</p>
